I'm not really sure why, but for some reason today I'm feeling unusually happy for a Monday. Could it be the new bedsheet and quilt cover I just got over the weekend?The extremely HIGH dose of SUGAR from the rapsberry iced tea that I got this morning coz it was so toasty in my office building? Not having to stay up late to work on assignments over the weekend?
Whatever the reason is...., IT'S A BRAND NEW DAY! A BRAND NEW WEEK! A BRAND NEW LIFE! Oh well... OK... think that was the sugar doing the talking.
Anyway, I'm so happy for my big boss. He's just got a brand new granddaughter over the weekend. He's a first-time grandpa at 70-something! It's kind of amazing to me... coz my parents are in their early 50-s and they already have 2 grandkids from my brother. Anyway, I really think my boss would make a SWEET grandpa.
